Can you accounts added on a home to awning repairs/closing costs?

I am a aboriginal time home buyer. Say I acquisition a $45,000 bankrupt home. Can I accounts $55,000? Say I charge to do some aliment or something. Or will the coffer alone accommodate me the exact bulk of the house?
I am analytical because I saw some bodies on added forums advising that you try to get added to awning the closing costs, etc. Is this about possible?
